ADHD Coaching aims to support individuals with ADHD manage traits, improve daily functioning, and achieve goals while building up your self-worth along the way.
We know that ADHD requires a mutltimodal approach as medication alone does not address functional limitations. Developing positive coping strategies to address functional challenges is essential for most adults with ADHD.
ADHD Coaching is a practical and goal-oriented process. Typically we meet once a week to build momentum and optimize outcomes. Once this is established, frequency is adjusted based on client need.
As a licensed mental health professional, I offer ADHD Coaching as part of my Clinical Services. My services may be covered by your insurance plan.

You may already be familiar with the concept of mindfulness. The Mindfulness for ADHD Program (MAP) is a specifically designed group program for adults with ADHD.
ADHD is increasingly understood by experts as a disorder of self-regulation which explains why adults with ADHD often struggle with emotional reactivity, impulsivity and distractibility.
Through mindfulness, adults with ADHD are better able to self-regulate emotionally and increase our attention span. Mindfulness is self-regulation training (Zylowska & Mitchell, 2021).
In this 8-Week guided program, you will learn and develop Mindfulness skills to better self-regulate, all in a safe and supportive environment.
A commitment of 1.5 hours session time per week and daily practice (15-30 minutes/day) will be required to be successful.
This is class is offered as Psychoeducation (non-clinical), not Therapy. As such this class is available to clients anywhere in the world!
